Currently, we realize this beginning has taken a bit long. But we assure you readers out there that this group will come together very soon. With help from the media and audience (you) we need followers, which in reality, to us are members of The Flying Eco Coladas.

Dogs + Cigars = a most heartbreaking result

A couple days ago Icebat and I were strolling down the street towards my house. In front of us was a lady with a dog. The dog saw the cigarette on the street and obviously mistook is for food so it ate it. Hopefully, he missed it, the owner turned a corner before we could find out. But as you can see, not only does smoking pollute the air and is terrible for your health and the environment, it also kills innocent cute little animals, or hurts them, biologically. So please don't smoke. It's pollution, what's the point?

AND IF YOU'RE A DOG LOVER COMMENT BELOW AND TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS TO TELL THEIR PARENTS AND FRIENDS AND OTHER FRIENDS WHO SMOKE TO STOP SMOKING BECAUSE THEY'RE KILLING PUPPIES!!!

Child Abuse Awarness Month

There are a lot of things going around in the world, including the terrible crisis in Japan (2 earthquakes with really stong attacks, one followed by a tsunami) and you've all probably heard about what happened recently with a woman who committed suicide. I know we can't be perfect but we should try to work out our problems and fight for what we want, and help others. Well, that's what we are trying to do, with your help. Remember that smoking isn't the only problem on earth!

Guess what! This month (April) is official Child Abuse Awarness month. I have seen many people on the street supporting this event, some giving out free cupcakes. Isn't it great to see that others care about the world and the kids! If you are someone or know someone who has been abused as a child, know that it is a terrible memory and moment to have when your young so supporting to prevent this would help so many children.

Also, I have been working on posters that we could hang all over the city to help with our dream to stop smoking. Dreams do come true. I've made a couple possibilities on what they could look like and so far so great! I'll post what they look like so you can decide which one you like better, or if you want to add anything.

Japan

I bet you have all heard about the terrible Earthquake and Tsunami that took place in Japan. The Earthquake killed many and left many wounded. The Flying Evo Coladas have been trying to raise money for Japan and send cards to show support. We are still making posters and in the process of stopping smoking but, besides that there are many other crisists happening in the world and we want to help do both.

Multitasking can be hard but when people in the world are in the depths of being killed, we shal always be there to help them and support them as much as we possibly can.


Also, when we have all the posters and signs for our rally to stop smoking, we will have the exact date, but until then, we should all be flexible and do all you can to help. One thing you could do to help is if you know anybody who smokes, tell them how bad it is for them and just try to get one less person in the world at the risk of dying. Also for Japan, you could make cards or donate money, or start a fund-raiser with your friends, with your work or even with your school.

Imagine smoking gone. How peaceful would the world be? Well there won't be peace without arguments and misunderstandings. This is normal though. Icebat and I got into a huge fight about this to trying to make the blog advertised and the posters and all the other things that we need. Fights may happen in this process but remember, it happens to the best of us and without fights there are no friendships. So icebat I am EXTREMELY sorry about the fight that got between us and business. Please forgive me as I will do the same.

We need to fight for what we want and if a little fight gets in the way of it, push it aside and continue your road to freedom. Just apologize first so you can continue your path with someone.

Worldwide

Many of you are probably wondering how we are going to succeed in this idea. Well, the process is long but we will try our best. First, we have to make posters and signs to hang on walls and stores all around where you live. Second, we are going to have to get A LOT of contributers to help us actually stop this. Third, we are going to tell all our friends that live in different places to start a rally where they live. This way lots of people from all around the world will be protesting and writing letters to the president to stop this. P.S. The presidents address is: The White House, Washington. D.C., at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. If you could ask for the stop of smoking, enough protest could do something.
If you agree and think that smoking is an unrealistic thing, then you should join our protest and tell all your friends to have a rally and go against it. Start making signs and notecards now, because we do not know the date yet but we want you all to be aware that we may not have so much time left. Do you believe in Global Warming? Well, it's true. An animal is dying right now and we have to stop it. 




Tip: if you realize you can't find the money to buy supplies, have a bake-sale, or make things and sell them. There are SO many things you can do to raise money, so don't be afraid to push it over the top.

Were close to finishing our GORGEOUS sign. I'm designing the flyer's and Constance and Pina over there are working on the t-shirts. We'll release them on this blog so you readers can buy them. I'd help enormously for our popularity.

OK, as you can probably tell from our name. We are Eco-friendly. The Flying Eco Coladas. To shorten it, FEC. A frequently asked question is why do you use the computer instead of using something non-electric? The answer is that the only other choice besides on the web is by mail or posters. That wastes paper.
OK again, back to the point. FEC was created by two people. Juliana and Martine. Founders and Presidents. Our cause is to put smoking tobacco to an end. This is one way we can get people worldwide to join in and help. Interested? Here are some things we are doing and stuff you can do:

What we are doing:

• Raising money by bake-sales, stands and help in general so we can afford signs, our helpers and supplies to  create what we sell to you. Reasonable right? To keep F.E.C going, we need the simplicity of supplies. 
• Reducing, Reusing and Recycling. Even if our cause is smoking, no reason to make another problem grow.
• Getting People Involved. We are the people. If enough of us want something. It can happen. 
• Being the change we wish to see in life. 

What you can do:

• Spread the word and put signs up and protest in your very own town
• Create your own blog to help (Just please mention us)
• Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
• Buy our products, treats, etc. It's supporting, but getting something out of it. (We'll post our sales locations so you can come)
• BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN LIFE!
